A great pick-up by the Democrats. Democratic State Rep. Don Cazayoux won the 6th Congressional District of Louisiana over Republican Woody Jenkins by 3%. This might not seem so important, but this seat has been Republican for a really long time, for 34 years, and it shows how much people are getting fed up with Republicans. I know this is only a small portion of Louisiana, and Louisiana isn't that big of a state with only 9 electoral votes. But if Barack, or if somehow Hillary wins the nomination, win a couple of traditionally Republican states, they can swing some huge momentum towards the Democrats and build up.
