Yes, I know. He's admitted to having an affair, and he had to fire two people and two other's resigned. Here's the thing though, even though cheating on his wife was extremely wrong, that's defientley not comparable to the $50 million scandal in coingate. Taft didn't resign, Petro didn't resign, and I don't expect Dann to resign either, especially since he is actually looking out for Ohioans.
I've known Marc for probably 10 years, my brother and I played football with his son. So I am biased, but I'm not stupid. He has done so much for Ohio. He was won cases against the likes of Global Personal Inc. and AOL-Time Warner, saving Ohio consumers thousands upon millions of dollars. He has taken down several animal fighting rings, and he is still working for us. I know he has done a lot wrong, but I think most people who know how to think will realize, that the good things he has done, and will continue to do, enormously overshadow his wrongs.
Keep Working for Ohio Marc, there are still some who see how much you have done.

Marc Dann should resign. End of story. What happened to Jim Trafficant when he broke the law? Yeah. That's what I thought
I think that your right about Mr. Marc Dann. I've heard him speak and he really does stuck his head out there for the greater good of Ohio. To this other commenting person...Jim Trafficant broke many many laws and had his own preoccupations, while Marc Dann isn't simply worried about is own adgenda, he actually does productive things for Ohio.
Marc Dann didn't do anything illegal. Bob Taft and Petro let $50 million go, and niether resigned. $50 million > sex scandal? I think so.
